Job Description

Primary responsibility is Processing of efficient part order process for Syntegon Packaging Services (Kliklok LLC), maximizing revenue and customer satisfaction leading to continued business growth.  Providing Customer Support to CSC Representatives is paramount.  This position is an operating position directly interfacing with internal team members from Syntegon offices around the world. Assisting CSC's members expectations in order to enhance continual operational excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Essential Functions:

• Receive and accurately process customer requests for parts by phone or email in a timely manner and within Company guidelines.
• Act as the liaison between our Service hubs and our Centers of Competence, plants and third party suppliers. 
• Identify and report inaccuracies in customer information, parts, pricing, as well as fulfilling quality management requirements using company software platforms.
• Process repairs, returns and credit memos.
• Make recommendations to management concerning improvements to processes and procedures.
• Monitor and evaluate parts pricing and cost structure to ensure profitability.
• Work with Product Line Manager on various parts processes, pricing initiatives, and strategic improvement projects.
• Engage in proactive processes for quotation follow-up, and communication for delivery delays.
• Assist daily part selling operation to increase efficient quoting, order entry and customer satisfaction.
• Partner with CSC's to improve overall profitability through an efficient supply chain.
• Assist with general departmental operations and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 3+ years of business experience with at least 1 year in customer service.
• Must have a minimum 1+ years of experience working with an SAP ERP system. 
• Minimum of 1+ years working with MS Office (Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook). 
• Must have a minimum of 1+ years of conflict resolution experience and communicating in a technical customer service capacity (verbally and in writing)
• Must have High school diploma

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent written and oral communication skills. 
• College degree preferred.
• Able to thrive in an ever-changing environment 
• An overall sense of urgency to get the job done. 
• Well organized, demonstrate good time management, and prioritization
• SAP modules preferred
• Self-motivated and show initiative

Additional information

The expected compensation range for this position is between $50,000 - $65,000 based on a full-time schedule.

Compensation for roles at Syntegon varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience. At Syntegon compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. Total rewards at Syntegon include salary + bonus (if applicable) + benefits.
