Part-Time Service BDC Representative Responsibilities

• Schedule service appointments using our online CRM system
• Make outbound calls to proactively schedule maintenance and recall services
• Dispatch roadside assistance requests when needed
• Respond to inbound customer calls and emails professionally and promptly
• Maintain organized and accurate customer records
• Assist with warranty documentation and clerical tasks
• Provide excellent customer service in a high-paced environment

Part-Time Service BDC Representative Qualifications

• Prior experience in either a Reception, Call Center, or BDC Representative Role.
• Professional appearance and behavior.
• Computer and phone literacy.
• Phone etiquette and communication skills.

Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
