Senior IT Analyst Population Health

The Population Health Analysts Sr will drive service level objectives for Helpdesk Tickets Management/KB's, manage internal and external customers, project manage IT Population product implementation using PMO methodology. Responsible for managing upgrades and support Oracles HDI’s population health suites of products and analytics tools. Work with CIN/ACO management team to drive value, develop swim lanes, and proactively provide opportunities in controlling medical cost of services in areas such as: medical cost trends, utilization patterns, and other population health initiatives. Other responsibilities are EMR, HIE and Patient/Consumer Portal management and 24x7 support. Responsible for analysis and reporting of data to assist in evaluating service, performance improvement, outcome and cost for the population health/value based care initiatives across the SJH and CIN/ACO network. Support and guide the IT Population Health Analyst I and II.

Work requires the knowledge of theories, principles, and concepts normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's degree in a Health related field OR five to seven years of work related experience. Work requires the analytical ability to resolve complex problems requiring the use of basic scientific, mathematical or technical principles and in-depth, experience based knowledge. Work requires the exercise of independent judgment in order to establish budgets and objective Licensure in clinical area and/or prior Healthcare experience highly preferred.
