ASRC Federal Technology Solutions (AFTS) is seeking qualified candidates for a Business Analyst-Intermediate to support our Army analytics Group work in Fairfield CA.

The Business Analyst - Intermediate serves as a liaison between technical teams and government stakeholders, gathering and analyzing requirements to support software and operational improvements in Fairfield, CA.
Key responsibilities include conducting stakeholder interviews, defining functional specifications, supporting testing and validation activities, and ensuring requirements traceability.
The analyst will work in Agile or hybrid environments.
Strong communication, analytical thinking, and documentation skills are essential in supporting successful program delivery.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field or additional years of experience.
• Four (4) or more years of relevant experience.
• Must be proficient in tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office.
• Active DOD Secret clearance is required. Candidates without a minimum of a Secret clearance will not be considered.

Certification Requirements:
IAT Level 2 preferred, not required
