You’ll be part of a supportive team in a fun, engaging, and professional early childhood environment where quality education and strong relationships with families matter.
What You’ll Do
- Create and maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment
- Lead classroom instruction for children ages 4–5 using our proprietary L.E.A.P.® Curriculum
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons and activities
- Complete observations, assessments, and documentation as required
- Ensure the health, safety, and supervision of all children at all times
- Build strong partnerships with families through daily communication, our mobile app, and in-person conversations
- Collaborate with center leadership and teaching team to support enrollment, engagement, and family satisfaction
- Model professionalism, positivity, and a love of learning for both children and teammates
- Be physically able to lift up to 40 pounds, sit on the floor, and actively engage with children

High School Diploma or GED required

ECE coursework, AA, or BA in Early Childhood Education preferred
- Must meet Florida DCF licensing requirements for the position

DCF 45 Hours required (or willingness to complete)

Florida VPK required courses (or willingness to complete, as applicable)

National CDA or Florida Staff Credential required if no Early Childhood degree

CPR/First Aid preferred (or willingness to obtain)
