We are seeking a Senior Associate for our Partner Services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the Partner Services team with payroll processing, onboarding, offboarding, data management and other responsibilities. We are seeking a Senior Associate for our Partner Services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the Partner Services team with payroll processing, onboarding, offboarding, data management and other responsibilities. This role requires a desire to support Aprio team (including partners) by providing excellent work output and service.
Position Responsibilities:
- Tracking partner performance metrics
- Internal partner onboarding/offboarding
- Track details of partner contracts
- Calculate monthly and quarterly payment amounts
- Assist with partner umbrella insurance policy management
- Prepare monthly partner payroll file
- Maintain partner payroll records and data within the Workday ERP system
- Ad hoc requests from the Manager, Partner Services and Director, Treasury
Qualifications:
- Work Setup: Hybrid – Initial 3 months onsite, followed by a hybrid schedule of 2 days onsite and 3 days work-from-home per week. Work location is either at our Clark or Makati site.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, payroll, HR, or related field
- A minimum of 3 years of accounting and/or payroll experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Critical thinking skills to analyze data, find patterns and draw conclusions
- Self-motivated and curious in nature
- Maintain confidentiality of all data and information
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize competing demands
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Results oriented with a process improvement & growth mindset
- Collaborative and works closely as a team player
- Strong financial management background and success working with a highly competent and innovative executive team.
