Title: Live-In Caregiver

Status: Non-Exempt, 3-day or 4-day week with one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) required

Rate of Pay: $241.80 per day

Essential Job Duties:

• Provides assistance with personal care, bathing, and dressing in a live-in capacity
• Provides caring companionship and conversation
• Provides escort services, supervision and assistance to resident when shopping, running errands and going to medical appointments
• Encourages resident to be active and encourages independence
• Supervises and/or assists resident with household tasks that the resident cannot do independently.
• Assists in maintaining a safe environment.
• Keeps supervisor informed of client status.
• Follows all policies and procedures of the company.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one-year experience working with seniors.
• Current first aid and CPR certification or must obtain within 3 months of hire.
