People, Incorporated is looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Full Time Program Director for our Day Habilitation Program leads the Day Habilitation Program team to ensure all program objectives are met.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Oversee scheduling and provision of day habilitation program services.
• Recommend hiring of, provide ongoing supervision to, and complete annual evaluation for assigned staff.
• Ensure all staff members adhere to program and Agency policies.
• Oversee the submission of service plan documentation to Optum.
• Facilitate interdisciplinary team meetings.
• Review and sign all service needs assessments and day habilitation service plans.
• Ensure proper staffing ratios are maintained
• Participate in supervision meetings with Division Director.
• Ensure individuals’ case records are complete and up to date
• Assist in the development of the annual program budget and participate in monthly budget reviews with supervisor.
• Monitor weekly attendance.
• Review, follow up, and make recommendations on all referrals.
• Submit all invoices, receipts, and mileage to the fiscal department in a timely manner.
• Review staff attendance bi-weekly.
• Schedule therapy consultant staff to ensure therapy evaluations are up to date.
• Oversee the upkeep of the building and property to ensure they are properly maintained.
• Approve the purchase of supplies and program activities.
• Oversee the development of program service schedules to ensure excellence and quality services.
• Promote and embody the Agency’s mission statement and core values.
• Ensure implementation of Positive Behavior Support in all aspects of the service.
• Ensure that CARF standards are met, completing quarterly management reports and emergency drills.
