To learn more, visit www.sermo.com Summary of the job: Sermo Experts provides an outlet for our clients to connect 1:1 with qualified physicians, allied healthcare professionals, and key opinion leaders on demand.   As a Manager in our Experts practice, you will play an instrumental role in connecting our clients with thought leaders in the healthcare & life sciences sector.   You will be a leader in our Experts business, owning successful project outcomes, and overseeing Project Leaders and recruiting Associates in line with established KPIs. You will manage performance conversations, client escalations, and client stakeholder interaction. You are responsible for project task allocation and execution and will own project intake through to final delivery
