Pay at Cardinal Health is determined by multiple factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s geographical location, relevant education, experience and skills and an evaluation of internal pay equity.</p><p></p><p><b><u>Shift Schedule:</u></b> Monday-Thursday 2pm-10:30pm  and Friday 12:30pm-9pm (or until task is complete)</p><p></p><p><i><b>What Warehouse Operations contributes to Cardinal Health </b></i></p><p>Warehouse Operations is responsible for <span>performing/controlling</span> a combination of manual or automated tasks necessary for the receipt, storage, and shipment of product. This may include functions of receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging, transporting, storage, delivery, etc. Also responsible for the efficient flow of products from the point of product receipt from vendors to the shipment of products (via prescribed service parameters) to a variety of internal and external customers.</p><p></p><p><i><b>Responsibilities:</b></i></p><ul><li><p>Responsible for compliance and regulations concerning OSHA, DEA, FDA, and state/local authorities; adherence to cGMP guidelines</p></li><li><p>Applies acquired knowledge and skills to complete standard tasks.</p></li><li><p>Readily learns and applies new information and methods to work in assigned area</p></li><li><p>Maintains appropriate licenses, training and certifications.</p></li><li><p>Works on routine assignments that require some problem resolution.</p></li><li><p>Work typically involves regular review of output by work lead or supervisor.</p></li><li><p>Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) to process orders including accurately picking, performing quality control checks, and sorting.</p></li><li><p>Perform housekeeping and inventory control tasks, maintaining a clean work environment including complying with all Environmental Health and Safety requirements. </p></li><li><p>Performs other duties and/or participates in projects as assigned by your manager or other management team member.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><i><b>What is expected of you for success in your role:</b></i></p><p>Demonstrates working knowledge or proficiency in one or more assigned areas of responsibility:</p><ul><li><p>May also require material handling equipment certification</p></li><li><p>Accurately performs multiple operational tasks assigned to the individual</p></li><li><p>Demonstrates basic material handling/ packaging /warehouse equipment skills</p></li><li><p>Performs one or more warehouse operations functions within the operating guidelines of the facility</p></li><li><p>Demonstrates effective oral communication skills</p></li></ul><p></p><p><i><b>What is expected of you and others at this level</b></i></p><ul><li><p>Applies acquired knowledge and skills to complete standard tasks</p></li><li><p>Readily learns and applies new information and methods to work in assigned area</p></li><li><p>Maintains appropriate licenses, training, and certifications</p></li><li><p>Works on routine assignments that require some problem resolution</p></li><li><p>Works within clearly defined standard operating procedures and/or scientific methods</p></li><li><p>Adheres to all quality guidelines</p></li><li><p>Works under moderate degree of supervision</p></li><li><p>Work typically involves regular review of output by work lead or supervisor</p></li><li><p>Refers complex unusual problems to supervisor</p></li></ul><p></p><p><i><b>Qualifications</b></i></p><p><i>We are open to candidates with little to no warehouse experience. All training is provided starting your first day!</i></p><ul><li><p>Ability to lift up to 50 pounds</p></li><li><p>Comfort working with heights 20-30 ft regularly</p></li><li><p>Able and willing to work in refer 36°F-42°F for up to 10 Hours <b>or longer</b></p></li><li><p>Able and willing to work in a freezer 5°F for 30-minute increments followed by a 10-minute</p></li><li><p>Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for entire s
