[What the role is]
ASSISTANT MANAGER, BUS INFRASTRUCTURE ASSET STEWARD, OPERATIONS & MANAGEMENT
[What you will be working on]
You will be part of a dynamic team to spearhead efforts to administer and manage bus interchanges and depots under the bus contracting model, as well as bus stop coordination work. You will have the opportunity to work closely with public transport operators, government agencies and professionals to manage the infrastructure assets and facilitate the transition/ readiness of the bus infrastructure. In addition, you will be actively involved in developing strategies on asset management as part of LTA’s mandate to safeguard infrastructure, as well as the study of bus infrastructure-related initiatives and policies to promote of use of public transport with operations and maintenance in mind.
[What we are looking for]
• Tertiary qualification in any discipline
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the bus industry, asset management or facility management
• Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and comfortable liaising with people across all levels
• Creative, hands-on individual with an excellent ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment
