Job Description

Responsibilities
Finance

• Assist in the compilation of management reports for financial reporting

• Prepare, standardise and upload budget templates across countries

• Explore process automation for compatibility with TM1

• Input and verify property level budget data

• Review and enhance financial data collation/reporting templates/processes (e.g. TM1 mapping, Financial Authority Limits for leases)

• Explore AI to improve financial reporting and analysis processes

Risk & Sustainability

• Assist in the preparation and execution of the Annual Financial Risk Assessment of Key Tenants

• Collect supporting documentation and analyse financial data to identify potential risk exposures and reporting of risk findings

• Assist in gathering, organising, and analysing sustainability-related data and trends (e.g. environmental data)

• Support the preparation of sustainability reporting

• Collaborate with the team to conceptualise and develop AI-based tools to facilitate tracking and monitoring of existing and emerging risks and key emerging trends / issues and regulatory developments on sustainability / ESG

• Support data integration and visualisation efforts to improve tracking and reporting efficiency and providing insights to key stakeholders in a timely manner

Day-to-Day Departmental Support (as and when required)

• Assist with the preparation of Trustee Instruction Letters

• Provide administrative and operational support for ongoing finance, risk and sustainability initiatives

• Perform any other projects or tasks as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Degree in Business Management, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Accountancy, or any other related disciplines

• Foundational knowledge in accounting and AI development / machine learning / data analytics

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (in particular, formulas, pivot tables, and data validation) and PowerPoint

• Good communicator and team player and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across diverse backgrounds

• Prior knowledge or interest in sustainability-related subject matter / climate reporting would be advantageous
