Job Description

Essential Functions

  • Lead projects on strategy development and assessments of large opportunities – including competitive and customer trends by market – and develop them into mutli-year roadmaps.
  • Serve as a thought partner to the VP, Pricing and Deals as well as the Pricing lead and Deal lead, providing innovative ideas and plans to grow sales, product penetration and to optimize margin
  • Support regional Sales, Finance and Product teams with the collection, analysis and sharing of competitive intelligence and ideas on how to pursue the opportunities that intelligence suggests
  • Structure and solve business problems by collaborating with a range of internal stakeholders. Organize and prioritize critical information, issues, and data to facilitate efficient decision making. Build out unique, creative, and impactful recommendations.
  • Design and manage major planning activities, which may include annual strategy development and objective and key results (OKR) formulation, ongoing business performance and resource allocation checkpoints, or various other activities such as reporting.
  • Coordinate with functional partners to design and manage key reports that meet the goals of the leadership team. Proactively review a subset of reports/updates to flag areas that require executive attention.
  • Manage subset of team members and provide continuous coaching and training to teammates.

 

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 10 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters/MBA /JD/MD), or a minimum of 5 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications

15 or more years of experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 12 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, or MD), PhD with 9+ years of experience

At least 5 years of post-graduate experience in management consulting, corporate strategy or payments VAS, an advantage.

Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 192,700.00 to 265,000.00 USD, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
