Fresh Sales Dept Coordinator

• Assist the Fresh Sales team with all aspects of the department.

• Retailer, vendor and sales team interaction and communication.

• Assisting member retailers.  

• Contact brokers, vendors, and sales representatives for needed information by the various departments.

• Submit and research store credit requests.

• Track and monitor purchase orders and SSO orders.

• Create and manage reports including pivot tables to analyze sales performance across product categories, regions and customer segments. Strong Excel skills are mandatory.

• Design clear and insightful graphs and dashboards to visualize sales trends and inventory levels.

• Assist in the billing back of manufacturers and vendors for appropriate charges.

• Move daily stores orders as needed to support daily retail service level.

• Communicate with the corporate traffic department and suppliers on email or phone.

• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting tools and systems.

• Other duties as assigned

   

   

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:  

• Proficient in MS Office software, primarily Excel including pivot tables, VLOOKUP and chart creation.

• Ability to prioritize work with minimal supervision

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proven attention to detail

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment with constant deadlines

• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize

• Strategic thinker who can identify opportunities for process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
