Haier Europe runs a high-end and ecosystem brand strategy with 3 major brands (Haier, Candy and Hoover) covering the wider European region. Haier Europe reported over 2022 a 3.2 billion sales revenue, is head-quartered in Milan and is present in virtually all countries in and around Europe with over 10.000 employees.<br/><br/>The team has currently 2 staffs based in Haier Europe Headquarters in Vimercate and it has been recently established. <br/>It strives to position into the company as the preferred internal business partner for any internal control matter. The team has already revised the existing compliance program by introducing the application controls concepts aiming to adopt CAAT to move towards an automated continuous control monitoring approach.<p></p><p><b>What you will do</b></p><p><u><span>Main Responsibilities </span></u></p><ul><li><p><span>ICOFR - Internal Control Over Financial Reporting (C-SOX) through definition, implementation and evaluation of internal control adequacy including: (i) scoping (ii) execution of test of design and test of effectiveness; (iv) gap analysis, action plan and reporting;</span></p></li><li><p><span>Drive Compliance program automation leveraging CAAT enabling the transition  from a traditional testing approach to a continuous control monitoring  audit approach. </span></p></li><li><p><span>Support Management on Corporate Policies deployment in the region</span></p></li><li><p><span>Cooperate with the management to enhance existing process set up embedding internal controls and automation </span></p></li><li><p><span>Drive monitoring processes to anticipate risk identification and mitigation </span></p></li><li><p><span>Support an integrated audit approach  to drive Corporate compliance across the organization.
