Our engineers and space scientists are on a mission to eliminate the connectivity gaps faced by today’s five billion mobile subscribers and finally bring broadband to the billions who remain unconnected.
This position is based in our satellite production facility in Midland, TX, with full relocation provided (details below).
Position Summary
What You'll Do:
- Manage calendars, meetings, and scheduling.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, lodging, and expense reporting.
- Support onboarding activities for new employees and contractors.
- Prepare presentations, reports, meeting agendas, and meeting minutes.
- Track action items and follow up with team members as required.
- Organize team events, training sessions, and customer/vendor visits.
- Maintain electronic filing systems and departmental records.
- Process purchase requests, invoices, and administrative paperwork.
- Coordinate office supplies, catering, and facility-related requests.
- Serve as a point of contact for visitors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Assist leadership team with special projects and operational initiatives.
What You Bring:
- Associate’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- 3+ years of administrative, office management, or coordination experience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
- Experience supporting engineering, manufacturing, aerospace, or production organizations is preferred.

Work Environment
- On-site role in an operational facility
- Rotating shifts required (day, night, and weekends)

Physical Requirements & Work Environment:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Ability to use hands and fingers to perform repetitive and precision tasks.
- Ability to climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel, and reach as required to perform job duties.
- Ability to communicate effectively, including talking and hearing.
- Ability to work in, on, around, and in proximity to large structures, equipment, and tooling.
- Ability to lift, push, and/or carry items up to 40 pounds as required.
- Ability to work near moving mechanical parts and equipment.
- Ability to work in and around tight or confined spaces.
- Ability to work in environments that may include exposure to fumes, airborne particles, and/or hazardous materials (e.g., carbon fiber).
