Job Description

As Quote & Configuration Senior Specialist you will be supporting quote & configuration process for Philips Health Systems and to provide high quality proposals on time together with Sales team, ensuring each is competitive, compliant and meets the company targets for growth and profitability.

Your role:

• Proactively monitor CRM leads and opportunity statuses to ensure timely creation of commercial offers and avoid duplicates.

• Prepare and present detailed quote documentation, including cost breakdowns, timelines, and terms and conditions.

• Support Modality Specialists in creating configurations, including conversions and new configurations.

• Collaborate with sales, process engineering, and modality teams to ensure proposed solutions meet customer needs and align with company capabilities.

• Assist the OM team with catalog, configuration, and tooling topics, such as Apttus and Sofon.

• Work with team members to ensure effective communication and project management.

• Participate in and provide advice on continuous improvement projects and standardization within the European zone. Proactively introduce improvement ideas and process optimizations.

• Ensure adherence to new and existing processes, procedures, and ways of working.

You are right fit if:

• You have a minimum of 4 years of experience in Sales, Quotes, Tenders, or a related field.

• You have experience working in medtech, preferably with knowledge of Philips modalities.

• You hold a university degree in a relevant field.

• You are fluent in English language (B2 or higher).

• You demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and take ownership of given tasks.

• You possess good analytical and organizational skills and can adapt and shift priorities based on business needs.

• You are a team player with excellent communication skills.

• You have very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.

• Proficiency in project/order management tools and software (e.g., Apttus, Sofon, SAP, Salesforce) would be an advantage.

• Additional knowledge of other European languages would be an advantage
