International Tax Manager

Job Summary
Within the GroupTax function, you are responsible for:
Tax analysis and advisory role assisting with group’s projects (reorganizations, new business initiatives, Pilar 2 management, etc.)
Assist foreign entities and business units on tax affairs
Management of tax audits/litigations
- Paticipate in tax planifing and tax accounting of the Group
Implementation of tax reforms
Key duties and responsibilities
- Participate in designing and executing the tax strategy of the Group
- Tax regulatory watch and lobbying: Anticipate the impacts of worldwide new tax regulations on the business and corporate structure
- Provide tax analysis and documentation of tax position
- Management and monitoring of the tax compliance, tax reviews, tax audits and claims and tax proof.
- Optimize the Effective Tax Rate.
- Provide advice on mergers, acquisitions and reorganizations
- Transfer pricing
- Partnering with the business
Required experience & competencies
- With at least 6 years' experience in a tax law firm or in a similar position (insurance companies)
- Experience in international tax
Good knowledge of accounting and are comfortable working with figures in both IFRS and statutory standards.
Required Education
Master's degree in Tax and accounting skills/strong appetite (clear tax accounting dimension required).
