This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted.

Summary:
- The Lead Digital Designer supports the AVP, Head of Brand Design and a Digital Performance Marketing Organization. They will be a seasoned design professional who brings extensive expertise specific to the production of digital omni-channel applications, including but not limited to web, app, social, and UI/UX realms. They will bring fresh and provocative thinking to the design function by delivering world-class digital solutions that deliver on our purpose, brand strategy, and established quality standards.
- They are an exceptionally talented creative thinker who takes ownership and accountability over digital design projects driving excitement, adoption, and usage in market. They will create original design concepts and coordinate the production of all required assets. They will also author usage guidelines and work with external partners when necessary. Responsible for learning and leveraging the established design process focused on insights, research, and objectives-based iteration, refinement, and execution.
- Highly organized, they balance creative excellence and brand standards with the needs of the business owner and project objectives. Collaborates frequently with other departments (e.g., Strategy, Insights, Project Management, Brand Management, Business Units, and Marketing) to ensure project success. Builds strong enterprise-wide relationships, cultivating a meaningful rapport of trust and credibility.
- A portfolio is required and should reflect award-winning digital design world for large consumer facing brands. In-house corporate experience is a plus.
Core Responsibilities
- Conceptualizes, plans, produces and/or refines a diverse range of creative ideas/concepts, specialized digital material for team consideration against the strategic brief.
- Owns and is accountable for assigned digital design projects and will manage all aspects of the assignment, team, contractors, creative work, and presenting.

- Pro-actively manages up with the practice leads and leadership to provide insight and feedback on project status and their work.
- Communicates effectively verbally as well as visually, presenting design rationale during internal/external presentations/critiques.
- Demonstrates effective problem-solving skills while leading and is accountable for a variety of assigned projects and multiple teams while understanding deadlines and budgets and maintaining quality of output.
Skills:
- Technical and software skills related to the discipline, including Adobe Creative Suite, figma, Microsoft programs, etc.
- Ability to draw or represent design thinking using traditional design tools, including hand skills.
- Thinking strategically as well as aesthetically.
- Effective visual, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to present ideas to senior leaders with confidence and ease.
- Must have the ability to juggle multiple tasks with short-term deadlines and ambiguity.
