This includes managing a team of AE’s toward discovering and developing new opportunities, managing pipeline, executing account strategies, managing customer expansion, evangelizing & enabling on the product message internally with our field team and externally with channel / strategic partners & interfacing with Rubrik's cross functional product, GTM & engineering reams. The RD will manage a team of sellers calling into Enterprise accounts within the region while working in unison with regional leaders in Sales Engineering, Sales Development, Channel Development and Rubrik Partners to exceed sales objectives.
