Your new role – why is this a great opportunity?
You will be responsible for co-creating, developing and maintaining talent attraction data analytics in Lundbeck, generating ideas and suggesting the best use of data to identify trends, patterns, issues and concerns that should be highlighted for your colleagues in Talent Attraction and key stakeholders in People & Organization (P&O). Understanding different stakeholder needs and transforming data into actionable recommendations and insights are key to succeed in the role.
In your daily work, you will have the opportunity to:

Drive data collection for relevant processes, e.g., recruitment operations, recruitment spend, onboarding, candidate & hiring manager experience

Co-create and maintain user-friendly dashboards and reports to standardize TA analytics and reporting globally

Monitor and report on key TA metrics such as time-to-fill and spend data
-
Analyze ROI for employer branding efforts such as job board advertising, career fairs, etc.

Assist the Talent Attraction team and global colleagues to ensure correct system usage with regard to data accuracy

Monitor external market trends

Present relevant analytics to colleagues and stakeholders and prepare ad hoc reports as required
You will be responsible for ensuring high data quality and accuracy. It will be important to collaborate with colleagues in our People Analytics team to define and ensure a foundation for future qualitative analytics such as quality of hire, diversity of hire, etc.
The role is based in Krakow, Poland. You will have the opportunity to travel to Copenhagen as part of your onboarding and for relevant business trips.
Your future team
You will join a truly international Talent Attraction team of 13 dedicated colleagues working across borders – 5 in Copenhagen and 8 in Krakow. You will also collaborate and share knowledge with colleagues in our People Analytics team, where team members are based in both locations.
You will report directly to the Head of Talent Attraction based in Copenhagen, and you will build a network of P&O colleagues and global stakeholders within Lundbeck globally.
What you bring to the team
We envision that you have:

At least 1-2 years of experience in people analytics or talent attraction reporting or data analytics including data interpretation, dashboard creation, knowledge of SuccessFactors and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) would be an asset

Experience visualizing and presenting data in a clear, appealing and accurate way, also for audiences who are not familiar with the details

Experience in stakeholder management would be an asset

Advanced Microsoft suite knowledge and experience, especially advanced Excel skills
-
Basic mathematics & statistics
-
English at C1 level
-
University degree, e.g., in Human Resources Management, Economics, Business studies, Statistics or Mathematics
