We have an opportunity to make a difference as a training coordinator and Workday administrator. In this role, you will manage the administrative functions of ongoing training contributing to the success and advancement of the Burnsville team. Or ideal candidate will be a highly organized, proactive, and responsive Workday expert with a passion for supporting continued learning.  

 

WHAT YOU WILL DO: 

  • Responsible for the administrative tasks of training, including:  

  • Create monthly training schedule 

  • Coordinate with contract training group 

  • Master navigation of ASL tool become a SME and train others to use the tool 

  • Add employees to ASL tool- request, approve, and cancel training certifications 

  • Manage ASL data quality with up-to-date employment status. 

  • Maintain alignment between Workday and ASL tool 

  • Manage Training Sharepoint site and all forms contained within 

  • Master navigation of Workday and assign training as required 

  • Serving as the primary training coordinator for all Workday users  

  • Select and assemble materials, supplies, and equipment for training campaigns & courses.  

  • Act as SME for new trainings and courses available in Workday and a resource for user questions  

  • Manage enrollment and rosters for Instructor Led courses 

  • Enter and track course completions in Workday 

  • Conduct Instructor Led training 

  • Manage and track employee completed training forms 

  • Manage removal of training requirements through service now requests 

  • Provide weekly training reports with  

  • Support implementation of continuous improvement into training.
