We are seeking a highly motivated (Senior) IT Project Manager (m/f/d) to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the new client sales process by providing technical and functional integration consultation for our product, Accounting as a Service. You will oversee the entire project lifecycle, including planning, risk management, controlling and timeline tracking. Additionally, you will lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure a structured and seamless handover, proactively addressing potential bottlenecks and optimizing workflows. 

 

Responsibilities:

• Consult the merchant regarding technical and functional integration of our product, Accounting as a Service 
• Provide first-class and pro-active support and consulting how to integrate and configure our product during pre-sales, onboarding and aftersales  
• Manage the entire project life cycle, for national and international internal and external projects 
• Collaborate with the Development, Activation and Operations Teams to facilitate a smooth handover 
• Maintain a structured and organized approach to work, ensuring efficient project management 

  

Skills and Qualifications: 

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience in IT project management or a comparable role 
• Finance expertise: A solid background in billing, financial accounting or similar  
• Strong ability to understand and explain business processes and (REST) APIs 
• Proficiency in (technical) solution design, with a solid understanding of typical modern application landscapes such as eCommerce, Mobility, or similar domains 
• Hands-on project management experience: Several years of experience leading complex projects – ideally using methodologies such as Agile or Scrum. 
• Language proficiency: Fluent English skills (C1 level); German proficiency is a plus.
