Production Lead

<h2><br/></h2><p><strong>Location: </strong>Site J (Kromgatan 16, Rosersberg)</p><p><strong>Employment type:</strong> Full-time, 6 months probation period</p><h3>About the role</h3><p>As <strong>Production Lead</strong>, you play a key role in making sure our production runs smoothly every day. You’ll be close to the action — supporting Team Leads, coordinating priorities, and solving problems as they arise.</p><p>You, act quickly when conditions change and ensure that orders are handled efficiently and on time to contribute to the best possible customer experience. It’s a hands-on role where structure, communication, and a proactive mindset make all the difference.</p><h3>What you’ll do</h3><ul> <li><p>Support Team Leads in planning and prioritizing daily tasks.</p></li> <li><p>Monitor production flow and reprioritize when needed.</p></li> <li><p>Ensure orders are packed, booked, and shipped on time.</p></li> <li><p>Act swiftly to solve operational issues such as machine breakdowns or delivery delays.</p></li> <li><p>Promote safety and order on the floor, addressing issues immediately.</p></li> <li><p>Identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements to workflows and processes.</p></li> <li><p>Communicate clearly with planning, management, and colleagues to keep everyone aligned.</p></li> </ul><h3>Who you are</h3><p>You’re hands-on, communicative, and solution-oriented.
