The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Architect - Systems to join our team at Lumen. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting issues in SAP BRIM related to various data elements including biller inbound, outbound statements, payment information, and banking information. This role requires collaboration with both business and IT teams to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.

This is a remote opportunity open to candidates located anywhere in the U.S.

The Main Responsibilities

• Process Improvement: Analyze documents and improve business processes between systems to enhance data accuracy and reliability.
• Data Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to SAP BRIM data elements. This includes troubleshooting biller inbound data, outbound statements, payment information, and banking information.
• Collaboration: Work closely with various teams, including business and IT, to identify root causes of data issues and implement effective solutions.
• Data Analysis: Conduct thorough data analysis to identify discrepancies, inconsistencies, and errors within the SAP BRIM system.
• Analyze and leverage SAP tools to improve data analysis and enhance decision-making processes.
• Process Improvement: Develop and recommend process improvements to enhance data accuracy and reliability within the SAP BRIM environment.
• Documentation: Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and best practices to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.
• Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on issue resolution and to gather requirements for data-related enhancements.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to team members and end-users to improve their understanding and handling of data within SAP BRIM.

What We Look For in a Candidate

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in data architecture, data analysis, or a related field, with a focus on SAP BRIM.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP BRIM and related data elements, including biller inbound, outbound statements, payment information, and banking information.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to conduct root cause analysis and implement effective solutions.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Documentation: Experience in creating detailed documentation and reports.
• Process Improvement: Experience in developing and implementing process improvements to enhance data accuracy and reliability.

Compensation

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

 

Location Based Pay Ranges:

 

$149,084 - $198,779 in these states: AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MO, MS, MT, ND, NE, NM, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, UT, VT, WI, WV, and WY.
$156,539 - $208,718 in these states: CO, HI, MI, MN, NC, NH, NV, OR, and RI.
$163,993 - $218,657 in these states: AK, CA, CT, DC, DE, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, TX, VA, and WA.
