Senior Accountant - Corporate Global

This position is a senior accountant role on the Corporate Accounting team, with a focus on financial systems support, analyzing financial transactions across multiple applications, account reconciliation quality reviews, and participating in various ongoing process improvement initiatives. This position will also support SEC and internal management reporting, audit and compliance activities. 

• Ensuring the completeness and accuracy of the Oracle EPM ARCs account reconciliation tool 
• Monitoring of monthly foreign exchange rates and translation in FCCS consolidation system
• Quality review of global account reconciliations and monitoring of required adjustments and unidentified variances.
• Quality review and monitoring of monthly rollforward schedules
• Participating in ongoing improvement and efficiency activities in accounting and reporting
• Maintenance of Accounting Sharepoint sites
• Support the preparation of SEC financials and footnotes
• Support annual audits and quarterly reviews as well as engage in frequent communications with internal and external auditors.
• Other duties as assigned, to adequately support the Company’s mission and objectives.
• Frequent communication with all regional accounting teams to track completeness of account reconciliations, non-routine contract reviews, certification of closing tasks and other items needed for SOX controls completion

Required Qualifications

• BS degree in accounting or finance or related major/business administration 
• A minimum of 3 years of public multi-national company accounting or financial data analysis experience, with increasing levels of responsibility
• Proven detailed understanding of Excel based formulas and functionality while also exercising proficiency in updating, comprehending, and summarizing large sets of data. 

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Cloud EPM/Smartview, SAP & Oracle ERP preferred
• Exceptional communication, organization, change management and time management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to think both critically and strategically.
• Proven self-starter who sets aggressive plans and consistently meets the challenge.
• Demonstrated business acumen and a sound understanding of business fundamentals.

Salary Range: $85,000 to $105,000. Actual compensation for this role will depend on several factors including your qualifications, skills, competencies, geographic location, internal equity, and relevant experience.
