SALARY RANGE

$45,060.11 - $49,566.14 Annually                       $1,733.08 - $1,906.39 Bi-weekly

The hiring salary may exceed the maximum posted salary.  

 

Position Summary

This position operates under the working title of Quality & Compliance Support Specialist and performs highly responsible, independent work assignments in the Quality Services Department under the direction of the Quality Services Director. The position supports organizational quality improvement initiatives through operating procedure management, data analysis, quality assurance activities, risk management support, and management of critical organizational systems.

 

The Work You Will Do 

Serves as the lead facilitator for the development, review, and revision of Operating Procedures (OPs) and Instructional Memorandums (IMs).  Works collaboratively with Office of Primary Responsibility Owners (OPROs) to ensure assigned documents are completed within established timelines. Reviews final drafts to ensure clarity, accuracy, consistency, compliance with grammar and formatting standards, and adherence to Agency for Persons with Disabilities and Sunland Center requirements. Coordinates responses to administrative and State Office review comments and maintains all electronic tracking systems, archives, and official  signed records.
