Our footprint extends across various locations in Dana Point, Huntington Beach, West Covina, Reseda, Riverside, Palmdale, Bakersfield & Valencia. We are seeking a dynamic Regional Operations Director to join our team and oversee the clinical functions, including training, operations, and quality assurance.

Job description

The Regional Operations Director (ROD) is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple dental implant centers, ensuring efficient systems, compliance, and support for team development and growth. This position plays a critical role in upholding company policies, implementing training programs, and ensuring that each location meets operational standards. The ROD will work closely with Office Managers (OMs), front office teams, and providers to foster a high-performance environment that meets the needs of patients, staff, and company goals.


Job Details:

  • Compensation: $95,000-$110,000
  • Location: Various Locations: Dana Point, Huntington Beach, West Covina, Reseda, Riverside, Palmdale, Bakersfield & Valencia.
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, Full-Time
  • Reporting to: Director of Operations

Responsibilities:

Office Operations and Expansion:

  • Oversee the opening of new dental offices, ensuring smooth setup and operations.
  • Drive results and work closely with Office Managers (OM) to meet their office goals.

Training and Skill Development:

  • Train dental Office Managers and front office receptionists.
  • Provide guidance on protocols and best practices related to various dental tasks and responsibilities.
  • Coach and support team members while instilling core values of Servant Leadership, Extreme Ownership, and Passionate Discontent.

Workflow Optimization and Communication:

  • Analyze and optimize dental office workflows for consistency across locations.
  • Maintain effective communication channels between offices to disseminate updates and changes.
  • Establish training systems for uniformity in protocols and procedures.

Accounting:

  • Perform monthly audits of location accounts to ensure accuracy and proper receipt of funds.

Meeting Facilitation:

  • Conduct daily/weekly check-ins with Office Managers.
  • Lead weekly GPS meetings and weekly leadership meetings to review past performances and set new objectives.
  • Support Monthly All Hands Meeting.
  • Attend and conduct quarterly meetings.

Performance Tracking:

  • Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) relevant to dental office operations.
  • Prepare regular performance reports for data-driven decision-making.

Budget Management:

  • Monitor monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets for each location.

Inter-Office Travel & On-Site Support:

  • Travel between dental office locations to ensure operational consistency and provide support.
  • Fill in for Office Managers and Receptionists as needed to maintain smooth office operations.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in dental or healthcare management is preferred, but not required.
  • Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability and willingness to travel.
