Quality Assurance Manager -YFS

The QA Manager works in close collaboration with the Vice President of Child and Family Services and provides oversight to specific compliance areas related to policy development and implementation and service delivery across Child and Family Services.
Using a collaborative approach with staff at all levels to assure assigned programs are in compliance with federal and state regulations, contractual requirements, accreditation standards, along with frequent updating to policy and procedures.

The QA Manager must have good writing proficiency in policy and procedures, regulatory experience with Department of Health and Human Services among other various state agencies. Candidates will be a dynamic, self-assured leader who is motivated, organized, and has the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in education, rehabilitation, social work, or another related field is required

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including facilitating meetings and trainings. 

Ability to plan, organize and execute projects from start to finish.

Excellent analytical, computer, and planning skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required.
