Podstawowe obowiązki

• Creation of project quality plan, • Creation and control of project budget and project time plan, • Monitoring and reporting of project steps realization to steering committee, • Risk analyze in project and podejmowanie działań zapobiegawczych i korygujących • Creation of product implemenetation plan.• Planning and Suprevasing Initiation of organizational and technical changes• Creation and Improvement of production processes• Monitoring of operational parameters (efficiency, effectiveness, production quality)• Process optimization• Cooperation with external companies• Cooperation with other departments• Implementation, use and maintenance of quality systems inside the company• Implementation of technological processes• Supervision of technological processes• Implementation of new products• Supervising the implementation of tasks and taking corrective actions• Assessement of documents/projects• Reporting in accordance with the applicable organizational structure• Administrative activities• Maintaining, developing and updating technical documentation
