The Digital Marketing Manager will be a key member of the REV Marketing team, responsible for the coordination of marketing resources across the organization and managing a variety of digital marketing projects, across REV Group’s portfolio of brands. This Digital Marketing Manager will collaborate with the REV Marketing Team and outside resources and work with leaders across the organization to define, manage, deliver and measure digital projects. Projects may include email campaigns, website builds, CRM setup, complete digital marketing campaigns, video projects, webinars, content marketing and social media projects.
Responsibilities:
- Develop an understanding of REV’s marketing resources and become the point-of-contact to help our divisions maintain REV brand standards, utilize common resources, and align with corporate-managed platforms/tools.
- Support and oversee team members focused on event planning and graphic design.
- Design, develop, implement, and track outbound marketing campaigns focused on new product launches.
- Oversee multiple websites associated with various REV brands. Analyze and improve data management across web programs.
- Coordinate with legal team to ensure trademarks are kept up in support of brand initiatives.
- Manage relationship with third party marketing firms to expand overall marketing department reach across numerous platforms.
- Manage SEO activities, track and present results to executive leadership team.
- Streamline model year changeover process for graphics package updates, web updates, and data updates.
- Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies to meet brand objectives.
- Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance, interpret data, and make informed decisions.
- Oversee content strategy, including creation, distribution, and optimization across various platforms.
- Developing and executing social media strategies to engage audiences and promote brand awareness.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of marketing management or marketing project management.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field.
- Experience in digital mediums including email, content marketing, video, websites, CRMs, inbound marketing and social media.
- The ability to think strategically, but also execute and implement.
- Experience managing marketing agencies, freelancers and other external vendors.
- Ability to work in the “grey” area, go with the flow and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent people skills, able to work with any level of seniority and with multiple teams, simultaneously.
- Proficient with MS Office, Website CMS systems (WordPress), Email Marketing Platforms (i.e. Mailchimp, Constant Contact), and a variety of social media platforms.
- Superior project management skills, including attention to detail and organization.
