Senior Content Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Content Marketing Manager to lead and inspire our content & design team, driving AppTweak’s strategic narrative forward. In this role, you’ll play a major role in creating and distributing quality content that drives real results, including increasing organic traffic, pipeline, and revenue. Location: Brussels
You’ll report to the CMO based in San Francisco. The whole marketing, design & growth team is based in Brussels.

What will you do?

• Manage and support the growth of a junior content marketing manager and designers.

• Develop a work environment that encourages individual fulfillment by strongly contributing to your team’s career development.

• Own the content calendar, ensuring timely and organized content production while maintaining the highest standards of quality, brand voice, and consistency.

• Own AppTweak’s strategic narrative. Ideate and create compelling thought-leadership content across diverse formats, including emails, newsletters, blogs, social media, videos and shorts that fuel AppTweak’s content engine.

• Collaborate with the Growth team to craft high-quality, pipeline-driving content, leveraging a strong grasp of our product, positioning, and customer insights.

• Leverage your deep understanding of SEO and keyword research to identify content gaps, optimize individual blog posts, and ultimately enhance our online presence.

• Partner with internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to elevate their online presence through LinkedIn, video, and podcasts, thereby expanding AppTweak’s reach. You’ll provide goals, KPIs, structure and content ideas and support.

• Collaborate with industry partners to create content that positions AppTweak as the leader in ASO and ASA, further solidifying our authority in the market.

• Measure content performance and make data-driven decisions to continuously improve our content strategy.

• Stay updated on emerging trends in ASO and ASA, incorporating relevant insights into our content marketing strategy.

• Monitor AppTweak’s online presence, mentions and brand consistency.

Requirements

Must-have:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Communication, Marketing, Sales or any relevant field

• Perfectly Fluent in English

• 5+ years of experience in writing about digital marketing and/or in a SaaS company, ideally in a high-growth environment

• Prior experience in leading and managing a team

• An exceptional writer: You are an expert in crafting engaging and compelling copy. You know how to spark interest and engage readers. You know how to leverage AI to increase efficiency.

• Curious: AppTweak and our industry are moving fast. You have a curious mind, wanting to know everything about ASO and ASA and content marketing in general.

• Creative: You always find new ideas and ways to repurpose and distribute our content and adapt it for different channels, keeping in mind specific trends and best practices.

• SEO knowledge: You have a solid working knowledge of SEO best practices including keyword research.

• Analytical: You are confident in delving into the SEO tech stack, tracking metrics, producing reports, gaining insights, and using them to improve your work.

• Growth mindset: You are a teamplayer who is passionate about learning, sharing their knowledge, and working alongside others.

• Entrepreneurial mindset: you are proactive and like things to move forward. You’re not afraid to take initiatives
