Role: Project Manager

Location: Tempe, AZ, 85283 - Hybrid: 1 day in-office, 4 days remote

Type: Contract

Need Local independent consultants only

Max rate is $45/hr on W2

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Lead complex, integrated IT projects from planning to execution, providing oversight and direction. 
• Team Management: Supervise technical workgroups, establish schedules/workflows, manage hiring/onboarding/training, and implement performance management. 
• Budget & Procurement: Prepare and administer workgroup budgets and manage purchases. Technical Oversight: Develop standards, design/architect complex solutions (voice, data, network), oversee network performance, and ensure cybersecurity/compliance. 
• Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, department leadership, and manage vendors for enterprise-wide deployments. 
• Documentation: Create technical documentation, including system architecture and troubleshooting procedures.
