Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in Cash Equities within the Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) environment. You will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of key Equity initiatives while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, operational excellence, and strategic alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and monitoring of Cash Equity projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget control, and adherence to quality standards.
• Direct and oversee all aspects of business operations within the project, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct market and business analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Partner with Front Office, Middle Office, Risk, and Technology teams to drive process improvements and deliver impactful solutions.
• Streamline workflows and enhance efficiency through effective project governance.
• Support implementation and optimization of Murex and related market solutions.

Mandatory Skills & Requirements

• Proven expertise in Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB), specifically in Equity Primary and Secondary Markets.
• Demonstrated success in Project Management – leading end-to-end initiatives in CIB.
• Strong knowledge of risk management, time-to-market optimization, and regulatory requirements.
• Deep functional and technical expertise in Murex and Equity market solutions.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Fully fluent in English (interview conducted in English). Spanish is required for internal collaboration.
