We are currently seeking a Specialist, Program Finance & Control Analyst to join the C4I&A team. This position is an individual contributor role where you will interact with all functions of the C4I&A organization, including Program Management, Engineering, Finance, Contracts and Operations and is therefore an excellent position for an individual who wants to be integral part of a team that is directly responsible for program execution. Opportunities to interact with Collins Aerospace upper management, as well as our external customers and local government agencies are an additional benefit.

This is a Hybrid position which can be at either our Cedar Rapids, IA - McKinney, TX or Marlborough, MA locations.  Expected work on site is approximately 3 days/week.

What You Will Do

• Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly variance and data analysis.
• Support Quarterly Estimate-at-Completion (EAC) development.
• Provide financial guidance to functional leads and other finance branches.
• Frequent interaction with various functions and multiple levels of the organization will be needed, so the successful candidate must possess strong presentation, communication, and professional skills.
• Support the monthly forecast / close process.
• Travel up to 10%

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field
• Experience with Microsoft Excel (prefer experience working with large amounts of data)
• The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
