Responsibilities

 

  • Assist with creating and maintaining strategic financial plans, inventory levels, markdowns and item level buys.
  • Recap business and identify risks and/or opportunities. 
  • Assist with managing the financial success of the assigned categories.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Recent college graduate looking for work experience
  • Must be available to work full time schedule
  • Passion for problem solving, analytics, and process improvement
  • Engaging personality with exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organization skills
  • Strong Creative writing skills
  • Ability to work as a team member
  • Customer-centric experience preferred
  • Ability to challenge the norm; think differently
  • Advanced understanding of computers and Microsoft Office applications

This program will challenge your ability to not only think critically and creatively, but also work as a team to strategize and implement solutions.  Over the course of this internship, you will be presented with insight into your career path with exposure to the long- term strategies and day-to-day tasks required in your selected department.  This is a paid internship ($20.00/hour), that’s right; we’re paying you to spend time with us, get some work done, and instigate a little fun while we’re at it.  We look forward to meeting you!
