Staff Product Applications Engineer About the Role As a Staff Product Applications Engineer at Analog Devices (ADI), you will provide strategic technical leadership in creating tools that assist customers in integrating ADI products into their designs. You will deliver innovative, practical, and timely solutions to complex customer issues while applying and expanding comprehensive system-level understanding of application segments. In this advanced role, you'll lead collaborative efforts within cross-discipline teams to bring new products to market, mentor junior team members, and serve as a technical authority for strategic customers and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Technical Leadership: Serve as a technical authority for product applications, providing advanced guidance to engineering teams and mentoring junior engineers while driving technology strategy
• Customer Technical Authority: Act as the primary technical advisor for strategic customers, addressing complex integration challenges and ensuring successful implementation of ADI solutions
• Advanced Tool Development: Lead the creation of sophisticated application tools, reference boards, and software that demonstrate product capabilities and accelerate customer adoption in challenging environments
• Cross-Functional Collaboration Leadership: Drive and coordinate collaborative efforts across engineering, marketing, and sales organizations to streamline product development and accelerate market introduction
• Complex Problem Resolution: Apply deep technical expertise to resolve sophisticated and novel technical challenges for strategic customers and internal teams
• System Architecture Optimization: Develop comprehensive system-level understanding of application segments to optimize product integration and drive architectural improvements
• Strategic Product Validation: Design and oversee advanced testing methodologies to validate product specifications, define operational boundaries, and ensure reliable performance across diverse applications
• Competitive Strategic Analysis: Lead in-depth analysis of competitor products and technologies, providing strategic insights that drive ADI's competitive advantage and product innovation
• Technical Knowledge Sharing: Create and deliver advanced technical documentation and training to disseminate expertise throughout the organization and customer base
