Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth within the industrial services sector, specifically focusing on OEM customers.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key OEM customers, understanding their needs, and providing customized service solutions to enhance their business operations.

New Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region by researching market trends, attending industry events, and networking with potential customers.

Technical Support:

  • Collaborate with the technical and engineering teams to provide OEM customers with expert advice and solutions that align with their requirements and industry standards.

Account Management:

  • Oversee the entire sales process, from initial contact to contract negotiation and post-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Monitor sales performance, prepare regular reports, and provide insights to senior management on market trends, customer feedback, and potential areas for growth.

Travel:

  • Travel approximately 30% of the time within the assigned region to meet with customers, attend industry events, and support sales initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of sales experience in the industrial services industry, with a focus on OEM customers.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong technical knowledge of industrial services and products.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel approximately 30% of the time.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
