Your Role

We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Senior AI Character Creator to help shape the future of interactive AI characters. This is a hands-on role where you'll primarily be responsible for testing and refining AI-generated characters, ensuring that content remains fresh, engaging, and on-trend.

Main Mission

• Test and Develop AI Characters: You will be responsible for testing various AI characters, ensuring their personalities, memories, occupations, and behaviors resonate with users and align with current trends

• Assist with Character Development: Use AI tools to assist in creating character profiles and ensuring they feel dynamic, realistic, and aligned with user expectations.

Key Responsibilities

As a member of the Content Team, you’ll be responsible for:

• Character Testing: Test AI characters extensively, ensuring they function properly and create engaging user experiences

• Content Development: Use LLMs and other AI tools to assist in creating character profiles, ensuring that all content is unique, fresh, and reflective of popular trends

• Maintain Content Freshness: Continuously review content to ensure it remains aligned with modern trends and culturally relevant

• Research & Trends: Research personality types, trends, and new character concepts. Present new ideas to the team to keep characters relevant and innovative

• Collaboration: Work closely with the QA team, developers, and other creatives to test new features, collaborate on content, and ensure consistent quality across features.

• Support Various Testing Efforts: Participate in testing LLMs, visuals, and other new features with different departments as needed.

Your Qualifications

Must-haves

• Creativity & Open-Mindedness: You should have an aptitude for character creation, storytelling, and thinking outside the box

• Experience with Internet Culture: You should be familiar with popular trends, online communities, and what makes content engaging for both SFW and NSFW users

• Comfort with Repetitive Testing: This role involves extensive testing of characters and features
