Team Lead-Customer Service - Indianapolis

We are searching for individuals who are compassionate, serve with a purpose, and are dedicated to supporting our customers and their team. As a part of our team, this position continuously provides the best care and service to not only our patients, but our customers, colleagues, and the communities that we serve. Leads customer service representatives in patient inquiries via telephone and email. Determines the best method for problem resolution meeting patient needs and organizational guidelines. Leads issue resolutions with other departments as necessary. Gathers patient personal and billing information for database entry and scheduling.

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 3-5 years of customer service experience required.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and medical coding required.
• Ability to type 30+ words per minute.
• Requires working knowledge of computers.
