Financial Coordinator

 At Meyer Dana Orthodontics, we provide beautiful smiles to children and adults in our progressive & fun practice while priding ourselves on our outstanding customer service! We have an open position on our Financial team. As a key member of this Financial team, you will ensure all patient financial information is maintained in an accurate and organized manner within our practice management software. You will be fully trained by our Financial Coordinator and supporting team to prepare you for this important role. 

Responsibilities of the position include:

• Data input of patient financial agreements
• Processing patient payments
• Maintaining patient payment information in accordance with HIPAA
• Reconciling daily & monthly close
• Maintaining A/R for patients

The ideal candidate will possess the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:

• Supreme attention to detail and financial accuracy
• Sound organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workload effectively
• Professional communication skills with team members through all platforms (face to face, phone, email, chat)
• A sufficient understanding of Microsoft Office with a focus in Excel
• Comfortable with collections processes
• Strong interpersonal skills to allow you to professionally and respectfully communicate with our patients and their families.

 This position is on-site with the potential of becoming remote.
