What You’ll Do:

• Master Your Craft: Set up and operate 3-axis CNC Mills & Lathes to perform precision machining processes that create high-quality products.
• Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications, ensuring you’re always delivering exact results.
• Machine Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines, keeping everything in optimal working condition so you can consistently produce top-tier products.
• Precision & Quality: Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure the final product is accurate and meets strict quality standards.
• Inspect for Excellence: Use precision measuring tools like micrometers and calipers to inspect finished products, ensuring every detail is perfect.
• Collaborate & Innovate: Work with other team members to optimize production processes, improve efficiency, and overcome challenges together.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a CNC Machinist, specifically with 3-axis CNC Mills & Lathes. Experience with Hurco machines is a huge plus!
• Skills: You have a strong command of reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications. Your attention to detail is second to none, ensuring your work meets the highest standards.
• Precision: You understand the importance of maintaining machine settings to guarantee flawless quality on every project.
• Teamwork: You have effective communication skills and thrive in a collaborative, solution-focused environment.
