The Enterprise Learning Organization is helping BMS build an enterprise workforce that can accelerate future growth.  We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Corporate Functions Learning Specialist to join our team.  As the Corporate Functions Learning Specialist, you will report to the Senior Director of Learning for Corporate Functions and contribute to the development and execution of the Enterprise Learning strategy.  You will work closely with leadership across all corporate functions to support existing and new education initiatives, contribute to simplification efforts, assist with delivering cost-effective learning content, and enhance the overall learner experience and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of a comprehensive learning strategy across corporate functions that includes methodologies to reinforce learning concepts.
• Contribute to the simplification of learning and identify cost-effective methods for content delivery.
• Support the management of learning budgets and expenses.
• Stay updated with innovative practices, industry/technology trends, and opportunities in the strategic advancement of education for BMS.
• Assist in the design and implementation of learning solutions to enhance education programs.
• Help establish metrics to measure and track the effectiveness/impact of learning solutions and initiatives.
• Deliver quality learning solutions while consistently demonstrating BMS values.
• Build and maintain relationships with learning stakeholders, partners, and industry experts.
• Support functional teams and cross-functional stakeholders to promote learning transformation strategy and objectives in alignment with the BMS vision, mission, and value.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum attainment of Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 5+ years of Learning related experience, preferably training within the healthcare sector related to legal, HR, finance, or IT functions.
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and the BMS business, products, and culture.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional working teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Understanding of learning administration tools, learning management platforms, and global learning and development methodologies.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work with multiple senior internal stakeholders and to facilitate/coordinate highly visible and time-sensitive enterprise strategy projects.
• Ability to build relationships and influence and drive organizational engagement across functions and sites

The starting compensation for this job is a range from [$116,000-$144,500], plus incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility). The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills and where the job is performed.
