Job Description Summary

The Senior Transformation Analyst will be focusing on leading the delivery of hyperautomation and/or business transformation solutions for Asset Services business line. Role will drive engagements through the transformation lifecycle along with developing stakeholder relationships to identify potential new opportunities. ​

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manages overall solution architecture, design and technical oversight of complex hyperautomation and/or business transformation solutions

  • Leads development of business cases inclusive of cost to achieve, benefit estimation and metric tracking for intelligent automation process opportunity candidates

  • Collects and analyzes data, both qualitative and quantitative, to summarize key themes and learnings

  • Demonstrates understanding of change impact from transformation initiatives

  • Begins to manage ‘client’ relationships

  • Support overall transformation program development activities, under guidance from senior leadership

  • Appropriately communicates and escalates to program leadership for resolution

  • Demonstrates the ability to share key themes and learnings across the program

  • Actively seeks out technical and project management skillset development opportunities (e.g. Technical certifications)

  • Actively soliciting coaching/feedback

  • Self-identifies growth opportunities

  • Demonstrates inclusivity/respect/professionalism across styles

  • Serves as a strategic advisor to analysts on their solution delivery

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, MIS or related field. Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.  
  • 2-3+ years of related experience in digital transformation, advisory consulting or cross-functional service delivery role  
  • Ability to assess granular level details to facilitate strategic high-level decision making
  • Excellent communication skills / relationship management/ client facing /  influence decision making 
  • Strong attention to detail and data analysis including ability draw conclusions/ glean insights / tell a story through data
  • Strong organization skills and ability to prioritize             
  • Relationship management; ability to partner and influence at all levels within an organization
  • Strong project management capabilities to plan, organize, deliver projects on time and on budget
  • Ability to multi-task and act with a sense of urgency
