THE JOB:

As a Butcher, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Butcher in the daily operation of the Butcher Shop.

THE STARTING PAY: $19.95/HR

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• De-bones, trims and grinds meats.
• Cuts and portions all poultry, fish, and meats.
• Assists Head Butcher with all preparation of all meat, fish and fowl.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Is 18+ years old
• Has experience
• Describes themselves as detail-oriented
• Can handle multiple tasks at one time
