💼 What You’ll Do

• Lead construction & restoration projects from start to finish — scope, budget, and timelines.
• Build strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction at every stage. 🤝
• Coordinate and oversee contractors, subs, and internal teams to keep projects moving.
• Ensure compliance with California building codes, OSHA, and safety regulations. ⚖️
• Monitor costs, source materials, and maintain project documentation.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure excellence in every detail.
• Represent SERVPRO® with professionalism, integrity, and urgency.

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of proven project management experience in construction or restoration.
• Strong customer service & communication skills (written and verbal).
• Knowledge of California building codes, labor laws, and OSHA standards.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines without losing focus.
• Problem-solver who can make confident decisions under pressure.
• Tech-savvy with project management software and documentation.
• Restoration industry experience preferred.

⚙️ Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs safely.
• Balance and agility to climb ladders, work on uneven surfaces, and at ceiling heights.
• Endurance for varied weather conditions 🌞❄️.
• Ability to kneel, stoop, crouch, and use small tools/power tools safely.
