About HomeWell Care Services
At HomeWell Care Services of Augusta, we believe home is where the healing and comfort begin. We provide compassionate, non-medical in-home care that helps seniors and adults live independently while giving families peace of mind. As a locally & veteran-owned and operated agency backed by the trusted HomeWell brand, we combine the heart of a community-based team with the strength of a national network.
We are expanding and seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our care team in a supervisory capacity. This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in people’s lives by supporting and guiding our caregivers — while helping seniors, veterans, and adults who need a little help live safely and happily at home.
Position Summary
The RN will perform supervisory visits and assessments as requested by clients and required by agency policy. While this position does not provide skilled nursing care (our license is for non-skilled care only), it plays a critical role in evaluating caregivers, reviewing care plans, and ensuring compliance with client and agency standards.
If you’re passionate about coaching caregivers, ensuring quality of care, and building trusting client relationships, this role is for you.
