Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, GTM
Location: Flexible for those eligible to work in the United States
Position Summary:
We’re offering a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Recruiter to join our in-house Global Colleague Success Team at Bentley Systems, a world-leading software company providing solutions for architecture, engineering, and construction.
You will be responsible for the full recruitment life cycle covering such functions, but not limited to, executive hiring, corporate, and go-to-market.
You will be a strategic advisor and work closely with Hiring Managers to execute recruitment strategies to ensure we are hiring top talent and bar raisers, allowing us to exceed our business goals.
Your Day-to-Day:
- Advise and coach managers on the most effective hiring strategy such as job description recommendations, location strategy, levelling, compensation, interview and selection process and offer negotiation.
- Develop strong relationships with HR, hiring managers, and senior leaders. Be a trusted advisor to Bentley leaders by providing sound judgement and support.
- Meet recruitment goals through having a thorough understanding of business acumen, business needs and expectations.
- Collaborate with our Sourcing Team to create a high potential pool of candidates and make recommendations to hiring managers on who to proceed with.
- Recommend package and offer for finalist candidate, collaborating with local HR where necessary.
- Be a brand ambassador by promoting Bentley as a top employer and ensuring an excellent Candidate experience.
- Keep up to date with market best practices and recommend innovative ideas and strategies that help us optimize our recruitment workflows and processes that fit with Bentley’s mission and vision.
- Facilitate interview scheduling, and candidate feedback.
- Participate in various projects to enhance processes and technologies.
- Manage relationships with external recruiting partners/vendors when necessary.
- This is a permanent, fulltime position.
- This role does not require travel.
- Requires sitting or standing at will while performing work on a computer (or any other physical requirements).
What You Bring to The Team:
- A minimum of 7 years in-house or agency Recruitment Experience required.
- Executive, Corporate and/or Go-To-Market hiring experience highly advantageous.
- Understanding the fast-paced nature of recruitment and working with a sense of urgency.
- Proficiency to advise and coach hiring managers on recruitment best practices required.
- Proficient at passive candidate sourcing, including Boolean LinkedIn Searches required.
- Ability to conduct interviews to assess candidate capability.
- Competent at making package/compensation recommendations, influencing and offer negotiation.
