The Good Feet Store is searching for an empathetic, positive, and results-oriented Consultative Retail Sales Associate who desires a long-term career in sales. Essential Functions

• Consistently provide an exceptional customer experience and create a friendly and inviting customer-first environment
• Monitor personal metrics daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly to measure success and exceed assigned sales and productivity goals
• Commitment to company provided training material regarding product knowledge, store operations and performance goals
• Support Management with system processing and inventory control
• Wear our products and become a raving fan of the brand and the company mission and vision

Compensation:

$20.00 Hourly + Uncapped Commissions + Benefits (Combined salary range of 60K-80K+ annually)

9 am - 6 pm Monday - Saturday; 10 am - 6 pm Sundays

Requirements

Job Specifications:

• Retail experience - Required 1 year minimum (commission based sales experience, preferred)
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills (positive, approachable, and empathetic)
• Competitive and self-motivated
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Analytical and critical thinking ability, including solving complex problems under pressure and adapting to internal and external changes
• Quick learner with strong organizational skills

Supervisory Responsibilities

This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities

Work Environment

The job operates in a professional retail environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones.

Physical Demands

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to sit at a presentation station with a client for prolonged periods; stand, walk, bend, twist, squat, use hand to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms, occasionally climb up and down ladders, lift up to 25 lbs., and perform our weight bearing pressure tests on our customers.

Position Type

This is a full-time position. Must be available for store operating hours, inclusive of weekends.
