Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Meadow Lakes is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Assisted Living team!

Meadow Lakes is a Springpoint Senior Living community located in East Windsor, NJ. We are seeking either a Part Time 2-3 day a week person or it could be a full-time LPN Day shift working on our Assisted Living Unit and Clinic combined to make full-time.  At Springpoint, our LPNs are responsible for providing the highest degree of quality nursing care to the residents, and to supervise daily nursing activities performed by the CNAs.

Responsibilities:

• Assume responsibility and accountability for the direct delivery of nursing services.
• Provide medications and treatment to residents.
• Make nursing rounds and assist with physician rounds.
• Respond to emergency calls throughout the community.
• Supervise direct care given to residents by CNAs/CHHAs.
• Complete all required documentation in an accurate and timely manner.
• Ensure that the resident’s privacy, confidentiality, and dignity are always maintained.
• Assist with assessments of residents and coordination of the residents’ plans of care.

Education and Experience:

• Highschool Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid LPN License required
• CPR Certified
• 2+ Years experience in LTC or sub-acute setting preferred

Pay Range: $32.00-36.00 / hour
